CWA leak detection systems have been deployed continuously since 1981 in district heating, district cooling, industrial pipelines and critical infrastructure across more than twelve countries. Our systems detect and locate liquid leaks in pre-insulated piping with ±1% location accuracy, operate without scheduled maintenance, and integrate with most BMS and SCADA platforms via Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, RS-232 and RS-485.

District cooling
UAE — multiple sites. Long-term direct vendor relationship with a major regional district cooling operator that runs 90+ plants across the country. CWA systems are installed across multiple plants, monitoring chilled water pre-insulated piping and integrated into each plant's BMS. Bahrain — Shura Island development (CSU4). Leak detection deployed across the chilled water network of a mixed-use island development, supplied through a regional integrator and commissioned in collaboration with the project's MEP team. Qatar — multiple Doha district cooling projects. CWA 9022 and 9223 panels deployed in district cooling networks, including BMS-integrated configurations with two-block panel architecture.
District heating
Denmark — major district heating plant. Two CWA 9043 8-channel monitoring units installed at a renewable energy operator's plant in 2024. Real-time monitoring of supply and return pipes with operator-side BMS integration. CWA has supported commissioning and a follow-up site visit in 2026. Sweden — utility customer base. Long-term installations across Swedish district heating networks. CWA has been the local technology supplier in this segment since the 1980s and continues to serve municipal utilities and industrial heat producers. Northern Europe — renewable district heating expansions. Pre-insulated network monitoring deployed in Baltic district heating projects, supplied to local installation partners.
Higher education and campus utilities
Saudi Arabia — university campus in the Riyadh region. 400 CWA 6103 mechanical-head leak detection units installed across the campus's chilled water distribution. The site is operated under a long-term facilities-management contract. Qatar — major educational complex in Doha. Long-term installed base of CWA 9000-series leak detection across chilled water and firewater pre-insulated piping. Site review and expansion planning ongoing in 2026. UAE — university campus in Abu Dhabi. CWA 9000 leak detection on the campus's district cooling network, specified by the project's MEP consultant and integrated with the facility's BMS.
Oil and gas / Critical infrastructure
Kuwait — national operations facility. CWA 9022 leak detection installed in the chilled water pre-insulated network of a critical national operations facility, supplied via a regional pre-insulated piping fabricator. Saudi Arabia — Vision 2030 utility infrastructure. Leak detection panels supplied for chilled water and firewater networks at large-scale utility infrastructure developments. Multiple ongoing project deliveries 2024–2026 through regional partners.
Heritage and religious infrastructure
UAE — landmark heritage site. CWA 9000 leak detection protecting the chilled water and firewater pre-insulated networks of a major heritage site. Maintained through a regional facilities-management partner. UAE — Hindu temple complex (Phase 2 ancillary buildings). CWA 6103 (240 V AC) units specified and supplied for the campus utility network. The MEP contractor was a regional electrical specialist; the main contractor was a major Mideast civil engineering group.
Government and royal sector
Qatar — government residential complex. CWA 9213 deployed at a high-profile government residential complex. The system has been operational over multiple years and is maintained through regional partners.
Defence
UAE — defence sector facility. CWA leak detection wire and gateway connectivity deployed at a UAE defence sector facility. Installation delivered through CWA's long-term integrator partner in the region.
Industrial and other
India — industrial energy operator. Multiple CWA controllers deployed across an industrial energy operator's pre-insulated piping. Four controller commissioning rounds completed by 2025, with ongoing remote troubleshooting support. UAE — premium residential project. Factory-integrated CWA leak detection in pre-insulated piping for a premium residential development in Dubai, supplied through CWA's long-term Dubai integrator partner. Southern Europe — industrial pipelines. Pre-insulated network monitoring deployed at industrial sites via Italian system integrators in the 2000s, 2010s and 2020s.
Finland — industrial process applications. CWA leak detection deployed in Finnish industrial sites including power generation and process industries.
Jordan — infrastructure works. Leak detection systems supplied to Jordan-based infrastructure projects through regional integrators in 2026.
